Middle Test Engineer – Mobile iOS, Android
Sigma Software Group
• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test strategies for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports • Perform various testing types: functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, performance, compatibility, localization, and API testing • Collect and analyze logs to diagnose issues across diverse devices and OS versions • Support and run existing mobile automation tests; contribute to automation framework improvements • Participate in Agile sprints, managing priorities and deadlines effectively • Apply critical thinking to identify edge cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of QA experience, with strong focus on mobile testing (iOS & Android)
- Deep understanding of mobile ecosystems, OS versions, device fragmentation, and app architectures
- Proficiency in testing processes and STLC
- Experience with API testing and data formats (YAML, JSON)
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Fiddler/Postman, DB IDE, VS Code
- Basic AI knowledge with willingness to grow in this area
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Self-driven, capable of independently formulating test strategies
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
