The Online MBA (OMBA) program at Boston University's Questrom School of Business is an innovative program to bring an integrated graduate business curriculum to a global learning community at scale. With a global population of learners, and enrollment exceeding 1700 online MBA students by), the Learning Facilitator is a critical and valuable member of the teaching team. As a result, the successful Learning Facilitator will need to possess a willingness and aptitude to effectively work in a fast-pace virtual enrollment (regardless of time zone or location) with students, faculty and staff positioned across multiple geographies. We seek a candidate who is passionate about delivering a stellar online education experience and a student-centric approach to join our growing Online MBA team! The Learning Facilitator is a valued member of the teaching team and will work closely with the faculty to manage the delivery of that content and serve as the main academic touchpoint for the students in the online module.
