• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for integration with the credit pipeline • Support the implementation of an API that will enable the credit pipeline to: - create loan agreements - generate repayment schedules - support the process up to the loan disbursement stage • Analyze and describe current and target business processes (**as-is / to-be**) • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the development team • Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution design • Define tasks for developers and support the implementation process • Participate in evaluating and validating vendor technical solutions • Collaborate within an Agile project environment (Scrum / Kanban)

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a **Business Analyst** or **System Analyst** in banking, insurance, or financial IT
  • Hands-on experience with RS-Bank v6 is mandatory**
  • Good understanding of **banking processes**, primarily in the **lending domain**
  • Experience with **API integration** projects
  • Ability to model and document business processes (**as-is / to-be**)
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and translate unclear business needs into structured specifications
  • Experience in task definition for developers and supporting the delivery process
  • Understanding of technical architecture and ability to evaluate vendor solutions
  • Experience working in **Agile** environments (**Scrum / Kanban**)
