Your role in our mission • Designs, implements and maintains access methods, access time, validation checks, organization, documentation, and statistical methods to ensure that requirements are satisfied. • Review requirements and documents according to required standards by utilizing prescribed tools and methods to ensure that design and implementation are according to company guidelines and specifications. • Provides overall monitoring of standards and procedures and suggests revisions when necessary to ensure updated guidelines to meet changing demands and consistency. • Should have experience in building analytical dashboards/reporting (Experience in Finance domain is desirable). • Investigates and resolves technical matters of significance by analysing and determining possible causes to ensure stakeholders satisfaction. • Provides work direction and guidance to less experienced personnel to ensure that specifications are met. What we're looking for • Seeking good analytical resources with at least 1 year of experience of working on analytical scorecards/dashboards. • Experience with financial reporting and Tableau/PowerBI/data visualization would be helpful. • MS Excel experience would be important. • A finance (or) accounting degree would be important. • Build and maintain the presentation layer to provide aggregated, clean, and trustworthy data to the rest of the company. • Constantly seeking ways to improve our data infrastructure. • Provide self-service and training to the rest of the company and bring data accessibility to a new level. • Utilize AI tools to automate the development of DBT models and tests, significantly reducing delivery times for the ingestion of new data sources.

• Independently design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards that clearly communicate complex data in an intuitive and actionable format. • Create visually effective, user-friendly reporting experiences using Power BI features such as bookmarks, drill-through pages, tooltips, and conditional formatting. • Develop, enhance, publish, and maintain reports, dashboards, datasets, report schedules, and workspace configurations within Power BI Service. • Design and optimize data models, DAX measures, and calculations to support accurate, performant, and scalable reporting solutions. • Define, document, and promote Power BI development standards and data visualization best practices across the organization. • Monitor and optimize report and dashboard performance to ensure efficient load times and smooth user interactions. • Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation covering data sources, transformations, calculations, and report logic. • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and confirm reporting outputs meet defined requirements. • Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and other technical partners to understand dependencies, refine requirements, and deliver reliable reporting solutions. • As needed, provide guidance and training to end users to support adoption and enable effective self-service reporting capabilities. • Stay current with Power BI features, platform enhancements, and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting solutions.
