What the Work Involves - Handling inbound and outbound donation-related calls - Engaging donors professionally and respectfully - Accurately entering pledge and donation information - Following compliance and script guidelines - Meeting attendance and performance benchmarks Important Details - This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity - Certification attendance and completion is mandatory - Startup and technical requirements apply - Contractors manage their own schedule and performance - Performance expectations must be maintained to continue servicing Requirements Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or GED - 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience - Strong verbal communication skills - Comfortable navigating systems while speaking - Dedicated, quiet home workspace Technical Requirements - Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended) - USB headset with noise cancellation - Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not permitted) - Dual monitors recommended - No MacBooks or Chromebooks Benefits Contract pay typically ranges $13–$15/hour depending on campaign and performance.
