Overview We are seeking a Remote Client Services Coordinator based in the Houston area to help clients organize and manage travel plans. This role involves assisting with reservations, answering questions, and ensuring all details are handled efficiently. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping others create meaningful travel experiences. This opportunity offers flexible, remote work with access to training, tools, and mentorship. Prior experience in travel or customer service is helpful but not required.
