Role Description Für die Landkreise Prignitz, Ostprignitz-Ruppin und Havelland suchen wir derzeit eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die die Betreuung dieser drei Landkreise übernimmt. - Menschen zusammenbringen - Netzwerke aufbauen und pflegen: Sie vernetzen Unternehmer*innen in Ihrer Region miteinander sowie mit relevanten Partnern aus Politik, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. Dabei stärken Sie den Austausch, schaffen Synergien und fördern aktiv den Dialog im Mittelstand. - Mitglieder betreuen und binden: Sie sind erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für die von Ihnen betreuten Mitgliedsunternehmen. - Ausbau des Mitgliedsbestandes: Sie gewinnen neue Mitgliedsunternehmen durch das Aufzeigen der einzigartigen, vielfältigen Vorteile des BVMW. - Wirtschaftspolitische Interessen vertreten: Sie bringen die Belange der mittelständischen Wirtschaft aktiv in den politischen Diskurs ein und übersetzen die politischen Erfolge auf Bundesebene in Ihre Region. - Veranstaltungen organisieren und durchführen: Sie konzipieren und realisieren regionale Events – von fachlichen Themenabenden über Netzwerktreffen bis hin zu politischen Dialogformaten. Qualifications - Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln: - Mindset: Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung als Inhaber eines KMU, Geschäftsführer oder Leitung eines Profit Centers / Geschäftsbereiches mit. - Risikobereitschaft: Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zu hohem Engagement und ergebnisabhängiger Vergütung mit. - Führung & Organisation: - Führungsfähigkeit: Sie bringen Erfahrungen im Aufbau, der Koordination und/oder Führung von Teams/Assistenzstrukturen mit. - Rollenverständnis: Fähigkeit, das Kerngebiet als eigenständiges Profit-Center zu entwickeln und zu steuern. - Netzwerk & Kommunikation: - Standing: Etabliertes, exzellentes Netzwerk und Standing bei Entscheidern in Ihrer Region. - Akquise-Exzellenz: hohe Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke für den strategischen Beziehungsaufbau zu potentiellen Mitgliedern. - Repräsentation: Souveränes und überzeugendes Auftreten als Repräsentant des BVMW gegenüber Politik, Medien und Wirtschaft.
