Role Description A Dynadok está transformando a forma como empresas analisam e validam documentos usando inteligência artificial. Estamos em busca de um(a) SDR (Sales Development Representative) para atuar na linha de frente da nossa estratégia comercial. Seu papel será identificar, abordar e qualificar potenciais clientes, abrindo portas para novas oportunidades de negócios. Se você já atuou com prospecção outbound, vendas B2B e soluções SaaS, queremos te conhecer. Responsabilidades - Realizar prospecção ativa de potenciais clientes (via e-mail, telefone, redes sociais, etc.); - Qualificar leads com base no perfil ideal de cliente (ICP) da Dynadok; - Agendar reuniões para o time de executivos de vendas; - Manter o CRM atualizado com informações completas e precisas; - Colaborar com as áreas de marketing e vendas na definição de estratégias e cadências de prospecção; - Acompanhar métricas e resultados da sua operação de forma disciplinada; - Compartilhar feedbacks e aprendizados com o time, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua do processo comercial. Qualifications - Experiência prévia como SDR, pré-vendas ou em vendas B2B; - Vivência com prospecção outbound; - Conhecimento de processos comerciais em empresas SaaS; - Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita; - Perfil organizado, com boa gestão de tempo e foco em metas; - Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma em um ambiente 100% remoto; - Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (como Pipedrive, Hubspot ou similares). Requirements - Experiência em startups ou empresas de tecnologia; - Vivência com vendas consultivas; - Conhecimento básico sobre o mercado de automação, compliance ou inteligência artificial aplicada a documentos.
