Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Therapist Network (Contract) Remote • Flexible hours • On‑demand workload This is a Talent Acquisition role dedicated to identifying, assessing, and activating therapist contractors for our global network. You’ll review applications, manage therapist candidates through our recruitment funnel, and oversee their digital onboarding and training — all asynchronously, all inside our internal platforms, and without direct candidate interaction. What You’ll Do 1. Therapist Recruitment & Screening - Review applications from licensed psychologists and mental health professionals - Assess qualifications (licensure, clinical experience, languages, compliance) based on predefined criteria - Tag, organize, and manage candidates in the ATS - Make advancement decisions through the TA funnel - Curate therapist talent pools in multiple geographies 2. Digital Onboarding Management - Trigger onboarding steps inside the ifeel app - Verify documents, licenses, identity validation, and professional information - Track progress and update statuses at each onboarding stage - Ensure all compliance requirements are met 3.
