Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Position: Full-Time Location: Montana Setting: Remote/Telehealth Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: An opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants to provide therapy in a fully remote setting. In this position, you will work with clients through telehealth appointments, assess ongoing needs, create treatment plans, and support progress with consistent follow-up and documentation. The role is ideal for someone who values a predictable weekday schedule and direct clinical work with clients. Responsibilities: - Provide psychotherapy services through virtual appointments - Conduct intake assessments and gather client history - Develop treatment plans with clear goals and clinical direction - Complete progress notes and maintain up-to-date records - Support clients facing emotional, mental health, or life-related concerns - Identify when higher levels of care or outside referrals are needed
Job Requirements
- Active LCSW license in Montana
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Solid understanding of ethical and professional practice standards
