Senior Learning & Performance Coordinator

Role Description Coordinate complex aspects of learning and performance administration and operations to support development, delivery and maintenance of learning and performance programs and solutions. Job Roles and Responsibilities - Lead the planning and organization of complex learning and performance programs and activities under the guidance of the program lead, directly engaging with participants to enhance their experience. - Coordinate complex programs/projects and training activities, including event management, participant enrollments, logistical needs, equipment needs, evaluations, and post-training follow-up, etc. Ensure achievement of departmental goals for program and training participants. - Collaborate with the program lead to develop, enhance and maintain supporting materials and tools that align with program goals and objectives. - Serve as point of contact for internal and external business partners and vendors as it relates to supported learning and performance programs, fostering strong relationships and communication. Acting as a back-up for our department inbox and calendar. - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve pre, on-site, and post-program activities to ensure efficient execution of training programs while collaborating with the project/program lead. - Create, maintain and audit department communications and process materials, ensuring accuracy and program support. Work with the program lead or department leaders on recommendations for improvements. - Support creation of new intranet sites and maintain accuracy of site information in support of programs/initiatives. Recommend enhancements to site designs collaborating with program/initiative lead and Marketing. - Generate and analyze data reporting on critical statistics for learning and performance programs, collaborating with the program lead for insights and action. - Delegate coordination of invoices and purchase orders for supported learning and performance programs and training activity expenses. - Lead initiatives to identify testing and enhancement activities in support of learning and performance programs or training delivery activities, ensuring the quality and accuracy of online courses and virtual/live classroom setups. - Serve as a key team member for new learning initiatives and program rollout activities, ensuring collaboration across teams and departments. Create and manage complex program/project plans and drive deliverables collaborating with the Program/Project Lead. - Collaborates, coordinates and communicates across disciplines and departments. - Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. - Demonstrates Company's Core Competencies and values held within. - The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Job Scope The incumbent works under general supervision but may handle more complex responsibilities requiring advanced knowledge and experience. Independent judgment is necessary for accomplishing daily tasks and addressing more complex issues. Compensation The salary range for this position is $63k-$65k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. Qualifications - Minimum bachelor's degree or HS Diploma and six years of experience in related field (preferably in education, learning, and development). - Minimum 6 years of training/education or related field experience preferred. - Strong background in coordination or administrative support within a Learning and Development environment. - Advanced familiarity with Learning and Performance Management Systems; ADP or Cornerstone OnDemand preferred. - Proficient in intranet site management (SharePoint). - Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and survey tools. - Excellent organizational, project management and detail-oriented skills. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage with diverse stakeholders. - Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and departments. - Ability to collaborate within department and with other departments to achieve satisfactory outcomes that align with corporate priorities. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules. - Ability to maintain a strategic and big picture focus while supporting tactical execution of strategies and deliverables. - Ability to work in an agile environment and team. - Proficiency in use of software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office, Zoom, SharePoint, etc. - Ability to work and learn independently as well as part of a team (depending on a program's requirements). - Ability and willingness to travel as needed. Role Description Augment is seeking a Reinsurance Contracts & Wording Specialist to own and drive reinsurance contract/slip wording from submission through execution. This person will be a primary resource for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing reinsurance wordings (treaty and/or facultative), ensuring that Augment’s innovative deal structures are translated into clear, accurate, and commercially aligned agreements. In this role, you will support the development of contract certainty, provide clarity across multi-jurisdictional wordings, and help guide clients through the claims process with confidence and care.
