Location: Remote (Colombia) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Colombia Time) Type: Contracted | Full-Time Level: Mid Level Experience in U.S. legal settings required, ideally with personal injury law, calendaring, or docket management. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Position Overview We are looking for a Bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant to manage calendaring, scheduling, and docket management for a U.S. personal injury law firm. You will oversee the litigation calendar, coordinate depositions and hearings, and ensure all deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the litigation calendar, ensuring all important dates are accurately scheduled and communicated. - Maintain an up-to-date docket system, tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with court requirements. - Coordinate logistics for depositions, mediations, trials, meetings, and strategy sessions. - Assist in preparing and managing legal documents related to case management and calendaring. - Facilitate communication among attorneys, clients, court officials, and other stakeholders regarding scheduling. Qualifications - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or legal assistant certification preferred. - Prior experience in a legal setting with a focus on personal injury law, calendaring, or docket management. - Complete fluency in English and Spanish. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
