National Interstate is looking for an Associate Predictive Analyst to join their team. This individual will work a hybrid schedule out of the Richfield office. National Interstate’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities - Assists in analyzing datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and performance drivers. - Supports the development of basic reports and visualizations to present findings. - Conducts preliminary data reviews to identify simple trends and anomalies. - Collaborates with team members to understand business needs and contribute to analytics tasks. - Applies established methods to estimate the impact of operational decisions using data-driven analysis. - Participates in small to moderately complex projects under close supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Develops and applies foundational knowledge of data sources, tools, and analytics practices. - Performs other duties as assigned. National Interstate and Vanliner’s Graduate Development Program, Ignition Ignition, National Interstate’s Graduate Development Program, is a month-long cohort that equips recent graduates with a comprehensive understanding of our business through a blend of instructor-led, self-paced, and hands-on training. Participants gain a strong understanding of our business model, value proposition, and how individual roles impact the organization while becoming immersed in our company culture. Through expert-led sessions, this program explores cross-functional areas, develops key professional skills, and strengthens relationships through team-building and social activities. The program is taking place in June 2026. The role will be expected to work in the Richfield, Ohio office. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, or a related field. Experience: No prior work experience is required. Beginning or continuing progress toward a professional designation preferred, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Data Analyst Associate, or Tableau Desktop Specialist. Scope of Job/Qualifications: Foundational knowledge of relational databases and reporting tools. Develops ability to influence senior stakeholders through compelling analysis, storytelling, and strategic insight. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Develops ability to handle multiple small to moderately complex initiatives simultaneously. Develops strong understanding of organization's business and technology operations.
