Magnet Forensics

• Develop strategies and tactics for selling Magnet’s platform solutions within new and existing accounts, working in collaboration with the territorial sales teams; • Implement initiatives to drive cross-selling activities; • Create tailored sales proposal documents to enable customer buying decisions; • Deliver on-site and web-based presentations to broad audiences, with focus on thought leadership and Magnet’s platform solutions; • Help identify new business opportunities and share with the sales teams; • Provide quality, structured feedback to Product Management and other internal teams to enable effective prioritization of roadmaps; • Capture and manage competitive feedback and industry trends; • Maintain current knowledge of the digital forensics software industry, the competitive landscape and industry trends; • Establish and maintain a strong network of relationships with customers, partners and industry contacts; • Develop expert knowledge of Magnet’s software and typical client/industry workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Deep understanding and awareness of software solution sales and selling complex solutions + multi-stakeholder deals;
  • Strong fluency in working with law enforcement stakeholders and familiarity with the industry and digital investigation ecosystems;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Understanding and experience with software deployment;
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks + identifying new problems;
  • Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership qualities including influencing and negotiation skills;
