Livindi
• Providing culturally competent therapy services to Spanish-speaking residents/patients. • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. • Collecting precise social data, organize it systematically, and produce clear, concise reports. • Assessing and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. • Communicating effectively with residents/patients, families, and team members both verbally and in writing. • Monitoring and assessing the progress of residents/patients, adjusting interventions as needed. • Cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with community partners and resources.
Job Requirements
- At least three years of experience in clinical services.
- Hold a Masters or Doctorate in Social Work or Doctorate in Psychology or Counseling.
- Valid professional license in the state of Illinois.
- Member in good standing for the state of Illinois.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN).
- Professional Association Member Certification.
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
