• Lead a cross-cultural team of analysts, consultants, investment professionals, lawyers, and other business professionals to execute a multi-year program • Ensure the project is implemented to Renew Capital’s standards, adhering to the contract, and delivering results • Be accountable for project outcomes and evaluated on the quality of deliverables and ability to accomplish project targets on time and within budget • Oversee and drive the execution of a key development project by achieving results and meticulously delivering on all project milestones • Develop and lead a team of project analysts • Continuously improve and manage a collaborative company-wide M&E and reporting system • Help develop and facilitate Renew Capital’s core gender-smart programs by training SMEs • Liaise to design and test interventions fulfilling project requirements • Provide coaching and technical assistance to a consortium of entrepreneurs • Prepare and review project reports for clients • Manage communications with clients and run internal and external project meetings • Report to and collaborate with executive management team

• Responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications • Hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing modules • Assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions • Involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement • Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role

• The Microsoft Power Platform Senior Consultant is responsible for consulting on Power Platform engagements and can lead, manage and perform implementation projects for small, medium and large enterprises. • The Senior Consultant responsibilities include participation in Solution Blueprint of the Power Platform effort, assisting with conceptual and functional designs and managing client relationships. • The Senior Consultant will need to ensure solutions delivery is on-time and on-budget and that the customers’ expectations are exceeded - quality and consistency is a must! • They must have strong functional Power Platform knowledge and be able to leverage more junior resources to achieve quality results.
