• Create effectively tested, re-usable, and efficient TypeScript/React Native code • Develop mission critical user experiences • Work collaboratively with a team in an Agile environment • Be a critical team member from the ideation, alignment and discover phases of the project all the way to release and support of the mobile application. • Development will be completed leveraging Cursor • Support continuous improvement by staying up-to-date on front-end technology • Mentor junior developers
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional programming experience
- Hands-on React Native development experience
- Team lead experience
- Experience writing unit tests with React Testing Library or equivalent tools
- Experience developing to inclusive design best practices, up to and beyond meeting WCAG standards
- Familiarity with Git
- Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum preferred) as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with AI development
