Cloud DevOps Architect – Hands-on with Windows, AWS Migration
The Intect
• Migration of windows-based platform to AWS – troubleshooting, performance tuning, how to rehydrate windows on the cloud • Develop CloudFormation templates with Windows • Provide recommendations and advice on performance tuning and best practices for Windows to EC2. • Provide recommendations and advice on resiliency, monitoring dashboards, and overall reliability and availability of the platform. • Work in conjunction with AWS Solutions Architects and services experts for research.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on DevOps Architect with extensive experience across complex environments.
- Strong Hands-on IaC and DevOps design, implementation/deployment experience with CloudFormation/Terraform, Python, Jenkins
- Migration of windows-based platform to AWS – troubleshooting, performance tuning, how to rehydrate windows on the cloud
- AWS Core Services: o Core Networking / VPC, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing o AWS EKS, ECS, ECR, Lambda, Micro Services o AWS Security Controls, Guardrails development and IAM policies
- Develop CloudFormation templates with Windows
- Provide recommendations and advice on performance tuning and best practices for Windows to EC2.
- Provide recommendations and advice on resiliency, monitoring dashboards, and overall reliability and availability of the platform.
- Review problem areas, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations for remediation and/or solutions.
- Work in conjunction with AWS Solutions Architects and services experts for research.
- Apply Devops skills in creating and modifying code pipelines and operating procedures.
