• Analyze complex business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite software in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction • Assist in performing fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and facilitate overall business process discovery • Work alongside Senior and Principal Consultants to implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements • Collaborate and work closely with in-house development team to implement custom solutions • Willingness to develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements and dedicate time toward professional certifications • This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements • Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education

• Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, and ticket/events) • Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors • Work well in a group/team setting • Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies • Complete required certification within a timely manner • Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients to understand their EPM needs. • Support in designing and configuring Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management, and other related modules. • Participate in data integration, data mapping, and data validation activities between EPM Cloud applications and external systems. • Assist in developing and delivering training sessions to clients to ensure effective utilization of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to EPM Cloud applications, and provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation. • Assist in conducting system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM Cloud product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients.
