• Design and build high-availability, low-latency services powering AI-based voice and digital agents • Contribute to the orchestration logic that handles tool invocation, conversational memory, session management, and multi-turn logic • Integrate backend systems with AI components such as language models, speech pipelines, and structured data sources • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML, product, compliance, and UX to deliver intelligent and trustworthy user experiences • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and system-wide scalability challenges • Participate in design and architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers across the team • Uphold engineering excellence through strong documentation, testing, observability, and DevOps practices

• Develop systems from scratch • Participate in the ideation, creation, and deployment of upcoming product features • Constantly improve the quality by fixing bugs and refactoring the code base where necessary
