DevOps Engineer
Delphic (South Asia)
• assist hands on with defining and implementing the DevOps strategy and oversee micro services deployment architecture providing hands-on support. • lead the way, assist development teams with defining and implementing the Continuous Delivery pipeline • help with any other technical issues related to microservices deployment to automation and the DevOps model.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands on experience with Agile, CI/CD implementation and DevOps.
- Build and maintain highly available and secure production systems.
- Measure performance and environment of application with system and application log tools.
- Experience using DevOps suite of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and GIT/Stash
- Experience in Docker/containerization and Kubernetes
- Implement and improve monitoring and alerting.
- Hands on experience with DevOps and related best practices
- Ability to contribute to architecture discussions around technology controls and their implementation in a DevOps/Cloud environment
- Broad exposure to development tools for Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong java j2ee skills with hands on experience in designing and deploying Microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Netflix OSS architecture with real world experience deploying Microservices.

- NOSQL Data modelling - This is very important
- Elastic search 2.3.1
- Elasticsearchspring 2.X
- Linux shell scripting
- Security concepts ( public key, private key , asymmetrical encryption)
- Experience in hysterix, circuit breaker, Microservices dependency and testing exposure with solid communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the performance and security aspects of distributed applications.
