We partner with over 60 school districts—including Kaiser Permanente—reaching more than one million students nationwide. Our clinicians enjoy the stability of consistent referrals and a meaningful caseload, allowing you to focus on what matters most: making a real difference in students' lives. We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Every session you lead has the power to change a young person's trajectory—and that's just the beginning of the impact you'll make. Compensation & Benefits - $70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional $5 per session - Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Start with a minimum of just 5 sessions per week — perfect for work-life balance. Most of our clinicians choose to provide 10 sessions per week, and we encourage you to work toward that as you settle in. Flexibility & Clinical Support - Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S. - Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST. - Administrative Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care - Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions - Professional Development: Continuing education credits and ongoing training Role & Responsibilities - Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment - Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions - Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers Qualifications - Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California - Passion for youth mental health: Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences - Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings - Comfortable with telehealth: Experience providing telehealth services Please note: This role is open to fully licensed clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible. Requirements - Active, clinical license in Illinois. - Experience with telehealth and delivering care to school-aged children in a family therapy setting. - Strong technological skills and familiarity with EHR systems. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work during peak hours (Mon-Fri during the afternoons and/or evenings). Weekend slots are also available. Preferred Qualifications - Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish). - Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar modalities. - Previous work in a school setting or with youth. - Active NPI number and CAQH.
