Role Description - Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules (IMS) in tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 - Collaborate with program managers, CAMs, and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment with scope, budget, and technical objectives - Perform schedule quality checks and health assessments in accordance with industry best practices and client standards - Conduct schedule risk analysis and support mitigation planning to improve program predictability - Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, including status updates, variance analysis, and reporting - Prepare and deliver schedule-related metrics and reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders - Identify critical path, near-critical activities, and key schedule drivers to support informed decision-making - Assist in baseline development, change control, and schedule updates throughout the program lifecycle - Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as EVMS guidelines and DCAA expectations - Contribute to process improvements, tool development, and automation efforts to enhance scheduling efficiency and accuracy Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in program scheduling, project controls, or a related discipline - Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 - Experience supporting complex programs within aerospace or defense (NASA, DoD, etc.) - Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and schedule integration - Strong understanding of schedule logic, critical path methodology, and best practices for schedule development - Ability to analyze schedule performance and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders - Experience supporting schedule updates, baseline management, and change control processes - Familiarity with industry standards such as EVMS guidelines and DCAA compliance is preferred - Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and data integrity - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred - Must be located within the United States - Eligible for Security Clearance preferred

This expanding program is part of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Exercises sub-division responsible for developing, designing, conducting, and analyzing exercises and workshops at the state, federal, regional, private sector, and international level. The exercises range from tabletop exercises intended to identify policy and process issues under a variety of authorities, with public and private sectors that incorporate network simulations to test command and control procedures, response mechanisms, and cross-sector coordination. Candidate must be local to the office; Some telecommuting allowed Specific duties, responsibilities and professional requirements for the position include: Duties: - Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activities. - Supervises assigned technical and PMO staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation. - Directs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems. - Manages profitability and revenue growth of assigned program. - Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables - Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement. - Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances. - Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other program documents. - Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested. - Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards. - Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of personnel. - Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations. - Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers. - Organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates and oversee the successful completion of assigned tasks - Manages special projects as required. - Help identify continuing opportunities to expand the potential exercise opportunities across the program's stakeholder communities. - Continue to expand and deepen the employee's cyber expertise through self-study, and formal coursework opportunities. - Keep abreast of current cyber intrusion, security, and incidents and trends for potential exercise inclusion.
