Role Description Estamos procurando um(a) Full Stack Developer altamente qualificado(a), com experiência prática no desenvolvimento de aplicações habilitadas por IA e sistemas de automação. O perfil ideal deve ter domínio em tecnologias de front-end e back-end, capacidade de arquitetar soluções escaláveis e experiência em integração de sistemas utilizando SDKs, atuando em um ambiente multifuncional. Qualifications - Experiência comprovada como Full Stack Developer. - Forte domínio em frameworks de front-end e back-end (ex.: Python, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Java ou similares). - Experiência prática com tecnologias de IA/ML, como: - integração de modelos - APIs de IA - ferramentas para LLMs - pipelines de machine learning - Experiência no uso de IA para produtividade e eficiência por meio de componentes inteligentes. - Essencial: experiência prática na construção de MCPs e Agents. - Forte entendimento de sistemas de automação, orquestração de workflows e integração entre sistemas. - Experiência com integrações baseadas em SDK. - Sólido conhecimento em plataformas cloud (Microsoft Azure e Amazon Web Services). - Capacidade de depurar sistemas complexos e entregar soluções resilientes e escaláveis. - Excelente comunicação e habilidade de colaboração. Requirements - Projetar, desenvolver e manter aplicações web escaláveis, incluindo desenvolvimento back-end. - Desenvolver código limpo e de fácil manutenção, contribuindo para decisões arquiteturais em aplicações novas e existentes. - Implementar MCPs, Agents, APIs, SDKs e serviços que suportem integração escalável entre sistemas. - Criar, projetar e implementar sistemas de automação para simplificar processos e melhorar a eficiência operacional entre plataformas. - Desenvolver funcionalidades, modelos ou integrações baseadas em IA para ampliar capacidades dos produtos e resultados de automação. - Identificar, analisar e solucionar problemas em sistemas automatizados, garantindo operação confiável e estável. - Trabalhar em conjunto com product owners, engenheiros e outras equipes internas para alinhar abordagens de automação dentro de um SDK pré-definido. - Garantir integração fluida entre sistemas, camadas de automação e ferramentas parceiras. - Colaborar em roadmaps de funcionalidades, arquitetura de aplicações e planejamento de escalabilidade.
