• Oversee the day-to-day recruitment process across multiple client roles • Assign and prioritize requisitions based on business needs and team capacity • Manage, mentor, and support Recruitment Admins to ensure quality and productivity • Conduct interviews and assess candidates against client requirements • Review candidate endorsements before submission to clients • Personally source candidates for priority, urgent, or difficult-to-fill roles when needed • Monitor recruitment pipelines, hiring timelines, and recruiter performance • Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure hiring goals are met • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and efficiency • Assist with onboarding and training new recruiters

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Hiring Manager, Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team
  • Experience assigning requisitions, prioritizing workloads, and overseeing recruitment operations
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing strategies
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Experience recruiting for multiple industries and professional-level roles
  • Experience in a recruitment agency, RPO, or outsourcing environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms (BambooHR preferred), Notion, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is an advantage

Role Description The Senior Vendor Manager for Technical Services holds a critical role, leading the global governance and strategic oversight of the Technical Services Vendor Framework. This position is central to ensuring a strategically optimized and high-performing subcontractor resource pool through end-to-end vendor lifecycle management. This role is responsible for driving the transformation of Vendor Management into a proactive, business-enabling function, delivering data-driven insights, and partnering across the organization to guarantee that Technical Services has the necessary resources and capacity to meet both current and future business demands efficiently and at scale. - Strategically Optimizing: Ensuring a high-performing subcontractor resource pool through end-to-end vendor lifecycle management. - Driving Change: Improving processes, data analytics, and reporting, while strengthening vendor relationships and aligning with stakeholders. - Collaborating for Success: Partnering with Technical Services Business Leaders, RMO, Operations, and Contingent Workforce Teams to guarantee that Technical Services has the necessary resources and capacity to meet current and future business demands efficiently and at scale. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location.
