• Deliver a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast-paced environment. • Review survey instruments supplied by the clients and check for grammar, logic, and survey optimization, taking into consideration research objectives, industry best-practices and internal platform capabilities. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to program surveys on aytm’s proprietary platform and test online survey links for quality assurance. • Set-up surveys in different languages for global projects; Coordinate with third party suppliers on translations and other activities in relation to programming. • Execute fieldwork for complex market research studies in partnership with the panels operations team and monitor reports to meet project goals and metrics accurately. • Communicate with clients to provide regular project execution updates as necessary. • Identify, trouble-shoot and escalate any tool/platform-related technical issues and find solutions in partnership with internal teams to drive projects forward. • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project completion. • Provide support to the Research Manager: By assisting in the development of questionnaires - designing screeners, custom pre-qualification questions and simple survey questions. • Building charts and slides for reporting deliverables. • Conducting thorough QA of questionnaire documents and various reporting deliverables. • Organize project materials and manage project-related administrative processes. • Perform closing tasks including final cost analysis and investigations for projects. • Perform independently and collaborate as a part of a team in a remote, virtual and entrepreneurial setting.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the market research industry or a bachelor’s/master’s degree in market research, social sciences, mathematics/statistics or related fields, or relevant experience.
- Familiarity with all parts of the online market research life cycle including questionnaire design, survey programming, fielding, data analysis, and reporting
- Direct experience using one or online survey platforms oriented toward DIY use, such as Qualtrics, Decipher, Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo, or Question Pro
- Direct experience in at least one of the following: 1) Using data analytic software such as SPSS, or 2) Managing survey sampling and fielding for complex market research studies
- Exceptional technical skills and proven ability to troubleshoot escalations
- Ability to manage multiple projects priorities in an agile and quick-turn environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills- must be able to collaborate internally as a part of team and externally with vendors and clients
- Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Self-starter with a strong drive and motivation to have an impact.
