Intern – Appointment Setter
Full Circle CX
• Support outbound sales campaigns by engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments • Complete appointment setter training and onboarding program • Make outbound calls to assigned prospect lists • Follow provided call scripts and talk tracks • Qualify prospects based on campaign criteria • Schedule appointments accurately on shared calendars or CRMs • Document call outcomes and notes in the system • Submit end-of-day activity reports • Maintain professionalism and brand representation at all times
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Clear, confident speaking voice
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to meet activity and quality expectations
- Previous call center, customer service, or sales exposure preferred but not required
