IT Specialist for System Integration

• Installation and configuration of client and server systems • Processing change requests and incident reports from our customers • Analyzing and resolving error messages related to hardware and software • Point of contact for IT-related topics to support and secure day-to-day operations • Assisting with the planning, expansion and optimization of IT infrastructure and IT processes
Job Requirements
- Several years of professional experience desirable but not required
- Good communication skills
- Experience administering Microsoft products
- Knowledge of network infrastructure such as WLAN, VLANs, routers, firewalls and printers
- Knowledge of backup strategies is desirable
- Experience with Windows client management
- Pragmatic and analytical mindset and confident handling of PC hardware support
- Linux server knowledge would be advantageous (not mandatory)
