• Own and develop data content stream within the Marketing team. • Translate proprietary and open-source data into insights that reinforce the company’s authority in luxury real estate. • Manage data content stream, including editorial articles, monthly and quarterly market reports, and short-form insights. • Collaborate with Data Engineering within Marketing while independently owning the end-to-end process of sourcing, analyzing, and validating data. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level or higher), with the ability to edit and critically assess the tone of editorial content.
Job Requirements
- Data Journalism & Visualization Portfolio of work demonstrating experience in owning data-led editorial formats that establish market authority.
- Strong ownership of data visualization, producing visuals that elevate complex market data.
- Demonstrated editorial judgment in selecting and contextualizing data.
- Strong commitment to data integrity and responsible interpretation of results.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (preferably SQL and/or Python) to independently source, clean, analyze, and validate data.
- Experience working with proprietary datasets, APIs, and open data sources.
- Strong communicator who can discuss and improve insights collaboratively, incorporating feedback from senior stakeholders. Building on existing data practices and content frameworks while developing them further in line with established standards.

Your Responsibilities: - Write articles in Screen Rant's house style (following the initial training period).
