Senior Account Executive – LATAM
Rocket Software
• Selling Rocket AMC Enterprise solutions and products to/through AWS, GCP, Microsoft clouds • Develops a long-term sales pipeline to increase market share • Set direction for business development and solution replication with new customers • Develop and own relationships with the Rocket client base • Strong knowledge of Rocket Enterprise software products • Consultative solution selling skills to align client's business needs with solutions • Strategic planning skills and effective account plan development • Experience using SalesForce.com to forecast business accurately • Lead sales campaigns with the extended team • Ensure customer sales satisfaction and meet revenue targets • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer business and IT leaders
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience in solution software to Global 1000 clients
- Mainframe Solution Selling
- Strong understanding of Mainframe Technology
- Ability to adapt to the situation, impeccable honesty, integrity, and ethics
- Proactively tackles difficult problems often with a new perspective
- Can articulate a vision, influence others, plan and organize resources and deliver the results
- Strive to exceed expectations and able to work independently
- Business acumen and experience to navigate large, complex customers with a portfolio product line
- LATAM Selling Experience (Preferred)
- Demonstrated history as a consistent top performer selling software solutions to senior executives with quotas in excess of 2M
