Influencer Partnerships Manager
GreenTomatoMedia
• own the full influencer partnership lifecycle — from discovery and negotiation to execution and performance analysis. • Identify and source influencers and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms that align with our app’s brand and target audience. • Reach out and build relationships with influencers. • Negotiate and structure partnership deals including flat fees, revenue share arrangements, and hybrid compensation models. • Budget management • Brief creators on campaign goals, ensuring high-quality sponsored content. • Track, and report on campaign performance (views, downloads, installs, revenue impact) and optimize based on results. • Stay current on platform trends, emerging creators, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management within mobile apps.
- Existing network of influencer contacts or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.
- Ideally English speaking Countries (US/UK).
- Experience negotiating and closing deals with creators directly and through agencies.
- Solid understanding of rev share models, flat-fee contracts, and hybrid deal structures.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tracking tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Passion for entertainment, digital content, and the creator economy.
