Manager, Delivery Operations

• Revenue & Compliance Assurance: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the quote-to-cash flow. • Utilization optimization: Lead the Project Administration and RMO teams. • Project lifecycle rigor: Own the integrity of the PSA/ERP system. • Operational Process Ownership: Eliminate ad-hoc workflows by designing and maintaining a definitive Delivery Operations playbook. • Performance Reporting: Partner with the reporting team to define and own the delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational metrics.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, or a PMO environment with a focus on operational scale and discipline.
  • Proven Leadership: experience managing and developing administrative or operational specialists in a growing environment.
  • Systems Mastery: proven experience in enterprise PSA platforms (eg NetSuite Suite, ProjectsPro, Certinia, Rocketlane)
  • Capacity Forecasting: ability to translate project pipelines into resource demand models, to ensure optimal resourcing management
  • Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of revenue recognition, margin analysis, and the mechanics of a billable services organization.

You’ll review documents submitted by our clients, proactively keep clients updated on progress and help clients understand the year-end reporting documents necessary to complete government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
