Aesthetics Regional Sales Director – South

Extremity Care

• Leads the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of sales team members within the region • Establishes clear monthly and annual sales targets and ensures achievement of key performance metrics • Provides consistent field coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to drive individual and team success • Maintains and expands relationships with key aesthetic customers, physician partners, and strategic accounts • Develops and implements regional sales strategies aligned with national sales initiatives • Analyzes sales trends and business insights to adjust sales plans and maximize territory growth • Ensures compliance with Company sales processes, documentation standards, CRM usage, and regulatory requirements • Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Training/Education, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations • Represents the Company at trade shows, conferences, customer programs, workshops, and regional events as needed • Conducts regular team meetings, business reviews, and field ride-alongs to evaluate sales approach and alignment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related field required
  • At least 4 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based representatives
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the region
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required

This enterprise role operates at a senior level while focusing on market development. The position requires enterprise-wide influence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to mentor junior sellers as part of developing sales capabilities across the organization.
