POSITION SUMMARY: This Executive Account Director is responsible for managing, expanding, and overseeing our existing customer accounts. This role is critical in ensuring the continued satisfaction, growth, and retention of our client base, enhancing relationships while identifying opportunities for increased profitability and volume. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts. Build strong, long-lasting relationships and act as a liaison between the clients and internal teams to ensure their needs are met effectively. - Identify opportunities within existing accounts for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding our solutions/services to align with client needs and goals. Develop strategies to nurture and grow these accounts. - Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline objectives, initiatives, and timelines to drive account growth, revenue, and client satisfaction. - Work closely with internal teams including Estimating, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver seamless and high-quality services to clients. Coordinate efforts to meet and exceed client expectations. - Participate in project team meetings and ensure the project team is tracking and managing action items to meet client deliverables as well as distributing regular status reports to stakeholders. - Work with the project teams on customer coordination of design definition, value engineering, prototype, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and on-going customer service. - Support project teams in developing required content for critical checkpoints on the project. - Participate in prototype development and review process. 9. Monitor and report account performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate insights to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Manage contract negotiations, terms, and conditions for renewals, expansions, and additional services/products, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. - Performs other related duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position does not have direct reports POSITION REQUIREMENTS: - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. - Proven strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Strong time management and prioritization skills. - Self-directed and motivate with the ability to effectively operate independently. - Keen attention to detail. - Strong financial acumen in the commercial space. - Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles .
