It sets defect BIN targets and defines corresponding IDL (Inline Defect Loss) goals, actively participating in IDL task teams to work closely with other members. The team continuously updates defect trends with predictive insights, identifies new improvement opportunities through analysis, and clarifies root causes of defects. Partition analysis is used to pinpoint contributing factors, and evaluations are supported accordingly. Speed is always a priority, and timely updates are essential. The team maintains ongoing communication with other fabs and the TD (Technology Development) group, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of the latest inspection technologies. Through these efforts, the team drives defect-focused initiatives to help achieve Yield targets. This position involves utilizing Electron Beam Inspection (EBI) technology to detect and analyze microscopic defects in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
