Senior Backend Engineer

• Own backend initiatives end-to-end • Work across APIs, databases, and internal tools • Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional stakeholders • Deliver reliable solutions independently
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with Python, including at least 1–2 years of recent hands-on experience
- Hands-on professional experience working with C#
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases), including writing SQL queries and schema migrations, as well as debugging performance issues in queries
- Experience debugging and supporting production systems using observability tools such as Datadog or similar
- Comfort working with non-technical partners
- Strong English communication skills - Minimum B2 level proficiency
