Role Description As Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbot Interns, you are trained to be experts in supporting our chatbots in providing personalized assistance to families. Interns will help to train bots and refine their responses as the bots provide contextualized help in support of student learning. An expert in this field will serve as an intern's supervisor and provide insightful feedback, special training, mentoring, evaluation, and/or supervision. - Reviewing questions from AllHere's end-users and assist in the categorization of these questions and topics - Perform quality review of SMS automation transcripts - Utilize data-mining methods in order to identify opportunities for improvement in our chatbot knowledge-base - Test our AI software and provide feedback to Product team - Monitor incoming message queues - Respond correctly, efficiently, and warmly to messages requiring responses - Identify and create alerts as needed - Ask for clarity and support as needed - Can readily context-switch between message recipients - Attend training sessions and review updated documentation as needed - Develop and refine Knowledge Bases for our Chatbots districts and schools, based on information, training, and resources that we provide. • Architect Signify’s AI Outreach and Rescheduling strategy, including the AI-driven orchestration logic required to capture and re-engage members following a cancelled appointment. • You will leverage Conversational AI (Voice and RCS) to create intelligent, supply-aware re-engagement flows and rigorous evaluation frameworks that maintain care continuity and protect our clinicians' productivity. • Communicate complex concepts, both written and verbally, to influence peers and stakeholders to make decisions or adjust approaches when needed. • Proactively identify user or business needs and recommend innovative solutions. • When necessary, drive tradeoff conversations and negotiate with teams and stakeholders to achieve roadmap objectives. • Deliver incremental user value by having a cross-functional view of the problem. • Develop a clear vision and short term and long-term roadmap with value definitions and measurable output; communicate this roadmap with customers and across the organization. • Observe and interview users across multiple product lines to aggregate and connect their feedback into defined problem statements. • Coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations across departments and product lines. • Understand high-level strategic levers and drivers of the business. • Develop and measure KPIs for the product to define, track and communicate value delivery. • Understand the healthcare industry, key trends, and current news and movement in the market.

• Design multi-agent systems to automate business workflows (content, product, growth). • Build and integrate AI agents using LLMs, APIs, and internal tools. • Define workflows, input/output contracts, and system architecture. • Continuously improve agent performance based on real metrics and feedback loops.

• Design, embed and continuously mature the enterprise-wide framework that governs how data and AI are sourced, managed, protected and deployed • Ensure practices align with industry standards including DCAM, NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001 • Proactively manage emerging AI and data risks • Work closely with Data & AI engineering, Risk & Compliance, Legal and Business Units • Lead the design and implementation of the enterprise Data & AI Governance framework • Own & Direct development and lifecycle management of data governance policies and standards • Partner in driving the organization's AI governance roadmap • Define and maintain governance operating model • Explore and integrate emerging technologies to streamline governance workflows • Ensure ongoing alignment with FHFA and other relevant regulations • Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to identify data and AI-related risks • Monitor the organization's DCAM assessment scores and NIST AI RMF profile • Establish and embed enterprise data quality standards and measurement frameworks • Facilitate the Data Governance Council and domain stewardship forums • Collaborate with senior leaders across Business, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Legal & Compliance • Manage & Develop a high-performing team of five governance professionals • Define and maintain a suite of governance KPIs and KRIs reported to the VP, Data & AI on a regular basis
