Growth Product Manager, Localization Focus

• Own Canva’s product and localization strategy in Indonesia. • Contribute to the product roadmap for Indonesia, including feature launches, payment methods, authentication methods, and other market specific capabilities. • Analyse the active user and subscription funnels to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Evaluate and adapt global messaging, campaigns, and product experiences to resonate with Indonesian users. • Provide cultural insights and strategic guidance to global product, marketing, and content teams. • Work closely with linguists, translators, and local partners to ensure clarity, tone, and cultural nuance across all Indonesian language experiences. • Partner with the Indonesian Language Manager to develop language style guides, tone of voice, and localization best practices.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product and localisation within a high-growth SaaS or product-led company.
- A deep understanding of Indonesia’s digital ecosystem, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour.
- Strong analytical skills and know how to measure, interpret, and optimise funnel performance to drive meaningful impact.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across product, marketing, content, and regional specialty teams.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Genuine passion about Canva’s mission to empower the world to design.
