• Map global regulatory requirements to specific, measurable technical 'Evidence' within the DotCoAI platform • Design automated workflows that capture model metadata, training logs, and validation results as immutable compliance records • Conduct deep-dive assessments of existing models to identify non-compliance with emerging standards like the EU AI Act • Lead the technical vetting of third-party AI providers and API-based models
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in Compliance Engineering or Technical Audit
- Expert-level understanding of ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and GDPR
- Proficiency in SQL and a working understanding of Python/JSON for reviewing model configuration files
- BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or Cybersecurity

This position supports the continued growth and academic excellence of the program and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to graduate education in healthcare leadership and administration. Responsibilities: - Teach graduate-level course in the MS in Artificial Intelligence programs (online and/or residency format, as assigned). - Maintain instructional excellence aligned with course objectives, accreditation standards, and program outcomes - Engage in curriculum development, assessment, and continuous program improvement - Provide academic advising and mentorship to graduate students - Participate in faculty meetings, program initiatives, and university service activities - Collaborate with program leadership to support student success, retention, and professional preparation - Perform other duties as determined by the Dean and Program Director - Perform other responsibilities and abide by the appropriate policies and procedures contained in UC’s Faculty Handbook.
