Brokerage Operations Associate

• Deliver timely, consistent responses to client and internal/external stakeholder inquiries • Maintain and update policy data and documentation within our AMS and CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Manage specialty policy servicing requests, including binding, cancellations, endorsements, billing inquiries, surplus lines filings, and other policy maintenance activities • Support certificate of insurance requests, partnering closely with Brokerage Ops Associate Support Representatives • Partner with brokers, carriers, wholesalers, and internal teams to support policy servicing and maintenance • Coordinate with clients and billing partners to resolve billing-related matters • Identify opportunities to add value for brokers through proactive follow-ups and operational improvements • Assist in documenting and refining day-to-day processes to improve operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- 1+ year of experience in an insurance-related role
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Driven by problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Dependable, positive, and action-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and maintaining composure in complex situations
- Independent problem-solver who knows when to seek guidance
- Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of requests

• Provide operational support to brokers by assisting with system access, technical questions, and process-related inquiries. • Serve as a resource for brokers navigating company platforms, loan programs, and documentation requirements. • Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and resources to help brokers better understand company products and processes. • Assist with organizing and facilitating broker training sessions, webinars, or virtual events. • Manage appraisal orders within the company’s appraisal ordering system from placement through delivery. • Review appraisal requests for completeness and alignment with loan program and property type requirements. • Communicate with brokers, appraisers, appraisal management companies (AMCs), and internal staff regarding appraisal status, questions, and documentation needs. • Track appraisal timelines and follow up on outstanding items to help ensure timely delivery. • Assist in resolving appraisal-related issues or delays by coordinating with internal teams and external partners. • Respond to broker and internal inquiries related to appraisal requirements, forms, and processes. • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records of appraisal orders, broker requests, and related documentation. • Utilize Encompass to review loan files and confirm appraisal data is properly reflected in the system. • Support data collection and reporting efforts related to appraisal tracking and broker support activities. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend enhancements to internal workflows. • Assist with updating internal procedures, training documentation, and operational resources. • Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for sponsor organizations throughout the Central eSource project lifecycle. • Lead structured discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with sponsor stakeholders to define project scope, workflow expectations, and integration requirements. • Drive ongoing sponsor discussions to surface change requirements, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum. • Proactively identify when sponsor decisions require escalation and ensure the appropriate CRIO leadership is engaged at the right moments. • Represent CRIO in sponsor-facing discussions requiring high-level operational insight, maintaining confidence through clear and professional communication at all stages. • Serve as the operational lead across all active and planned studies within assigned sponsor organizations. • Standardize workflows, templates, documentation, and communications across a sponsor’s study portfolio. • Lead, guide and support Lead Enterprise Study Managers (LESMs) and Enterprise Study Designers (ESDs) with operational guidance and prioritization alignment across competing timelines. • Proactively manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution across the sponsor portfolio. • Define and document operational workflows, data capture logic, integration touchpoints, and role-based access structures for each sponsor project.
