• As an intern (m/f/d) in Fullstack Development, you are at the heart of our web applications. • You will work on a flagship project: the web-based control system for an autonomous robot that detects leaks. • User interface development: You design and implement the frontend for monitoring and controlling our robot. • Monitoring & visualization: You build interfaces for sensor data, route planning, and live monitoring of autonomous driving. • Prototyping: You use Figma to design new UI concepts and implement them directly in React. • Integration: You help integrate backend services via Node.js and maintain existing WordPress components.

• Work on software features and tools that will improve Zwift Companion. • Drive technical solutions for software features of moderate-to-high complexity. • Manage end-to-end feature delivery, including alignment with external stakeholders. • Resolve challenging technical problems that require working across team boundaries. • Work on existing native mobile codebases (iOS and Android). • Proactively advise your team and manager on technical approaches. • Continually drive software engineering best practices within the team. • Contribute to technical strategy development, occasionally influencing cross-team technical direction.

• Develop end-to-end complex mobile features, from understanding the problem through deployment and production monitoring; • Actively contribute to architectural decisions, proposing solutions that balance technical quality, performance, and delivery speed; • Ensure code quality through automated tests, thorough code reviews, and engineering best practices; • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate product requirements into efficient, well-structured technical solutions; • Manage the app release cycle on the App Store and Google Play, including testing, builds, and approval flows; • Support the growth of more junior engineers by sharing knowledge and providing day-to-day technical guidance; • Identify opportunities to improve code and team processes, proactively proposing and implementing improvements.

• Build prototypes and POCs that showcase Tailscale for AI agents/tooling (MCP gateways, LLM proxies, remote servers, etc.) • Work with customers to integrate Tailscale—both for internal adoption (VPN replacement with identity-aware networking) and for embedding into their products to enable secure customer connectivity • Create reference architectures and share your work through documentation, community engagement, and presentations • Rapidly iterate with input from your colleagues and reference customers to incorporate feedback and build solutions that solve emerging, real-world problems.
