Freelance Sales Manager, B2B Construction Projects

JK Media Group

• Proactive outbound telephone outreach to potential construction partners, project developers, and commercial clients (B2B) • Establish new contacts and identify construction and renovation projects • Recruit new reporting partners for our construction network • Qualify prospects and projects during initial conversations • Schedule meetings for our account management team • Build a continuous sales pipeline through active telephone prospecting • Document conversations and contacts in the CRM system

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment or in telephone prospecting
  • Enjoy building new contacts and actively leading conversations
  • Hunter mentality with result-oriented work habits
  • Self-motivated freelancer mindset with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Industry experience in construction is not required
