She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in education before starting her career with MWA. Lori loves spending time at the lake with her husband and two kids, and her current hobbies revolve around whatever current activities her children are involved in. Brian Souder: Brian is a Managing Partner with Modern Woodmen and has been with the organization since 2012. Prior to joining MWA, he worked as an HR and Safety Director. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and their four active boys. He has a passion for cooking and chess, and he and his family are proud season ticket holders for the Columbus Crew. Melissa Okulich: Melissa joined Modern Woodmen as a Managing Partner in 2024, bringing with her a decade of industry experience since 2014. Before joining MWA, she worked in the same field.
