Your role in our mission Develop your career as you support Gainwell’s focus on creating innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes. - Support the full product development life cycle as you perform complex product design tasks, verify bugs, analyze systems and conduct release testing - Investigate defects discovered by our quality assurance and product support teams - Support the design and development of end-user training courses to address any gaps in our clients’ knowledge of a product - Work directly with management, other developers and cross-functional technical teams to manage client expectations and ensure we meet specifications - Show your expertise as you serve as a SME on market developments, product systems and processes, network architecture and interface capabilities What we're looking for - 8+ years of technical experience in product design and support working with client enterprise products, services and requirements, with health and human services experience preferred - Knowledge of technology architecture, the product development life cycle, cloud technologies, software as a service, and product and platform configurations - Strong user interface (UX) experience using JavaScript, C#, Visual Studio, MVC, and SQL Server/Oracle (SQL scripting) - Experience in the following is a plus: Agile Scrum, GitHub, Entity Framework and LINQ expressions, Web services, Web application, Event Sourcing or Razor and Kendo in CSHMTL - Willingness to lead and take ownership over assigned work and to mentor more junior colleagues in-role - Ability to anticipate problems, resolve ambiguous issues and take decisive action What you should expect in this role - Fully Remote Opportunity - Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%) Note - Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. - This posting is intended for pipelining.
