• Serve as a senior resource for ACA compliance, guiding internal teams and clients on advanced 1095 reporting and hours tracking requirements. • Lead complex data validation, analysis, and reconciliation for 1095 forms; ensure accurate IRS and state transmissions. • Manage client onboarding for ACA services, including configuration reviews and strategic compliance planning. • Conduct advanced training sessions and consultative meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. • Develop and refine operational standards, best practices, and documentation for ACA processes. • Collaborate with product teams on enhancements, testing, and regulatory updates; provide feedback for continuous improvement. • Monitor ACA legislative changes and proactively communicate impacts to clients and internal teams. • Act as an escalation point for complex issues, driving resolution and client satisfaction. • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, or compliance systems.
- Extensive experience with ACA mandate, 1095 reporting, and hours tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, data modeling).
- Excellent communication, client management, and consultative skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives and mentor junior team members.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.
