Glean

Job Requirements
- 4+ years in technical, client-facing roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer or Solutions Architect
- Production LLM experience including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
- Strong full-stack programming skills and experience building custom integrations in hybrid or SaaS environments
- Cloud platform experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Enterprise systems knowledge including networking, security frameworks, and common business application stacks
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Founder mentality: scrappy, resourceful, and outcome-driven

Forward Deployed Engineer, Commercial

• Design and ship production systems around our video foundation models, owning integrations with media infrastructure, video processing pipelines, data provenance, reliability, and on-call readiness across content workflows. • Lead discovery and scoping from pre-sales through deployment, translating ambiguous workflow needs into hypothesis-driven problem framing, system requirements, and an execution plan with measurable business outcomes. • Build in large-scale video environments where performance optimization, cost efficiency, security controls, and scalability shape architecture, operating procedures, and failure handling. • Run evaluation loops that measure model and system quality against workflow-specific benchmarks (e.g., search relevance, content accuracy, processing throughput) and use results to drive model and product improvements. • Define launch criteria including performance metrics, acceptance benchmarks, and success measures, driving delivery until sustained production impact is demonstrated. • Distill deployment learnings into hardened primitives, reference architectures, integration patterns, and benchmark harnesses that scale across Media & Entertainment customers.
• To undertake service, repair and remedial work on domestic gas appliances and central heating systems. • Working in customer's homes you will need to have experienced technical knowledge with great customer skills. • We will require occasional boiler installations to be completed in this role. • Responsible for ensuring that all customers receive accurate advice that is relevant to their circumstances. • Advising and coaching of engineers on best technical practice and customer service issues as required. • Recognising and highlighting abnormal problems or issues that are (or likely to cause) significant problems with either customers or engineers and highlighting immediately to the appropriate manager. • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, engineers, and colleagues. • Adhering to all relevant legislation, manufacturing regulations and company policies and procedures. • Undertake service, repair and remedial work as assigned via the Zuno App. (Note: This will be the majority of your workload). • Proactively seek advice and guidance where needed. • Carry out Work in Progress (WIP) and Post installation audits on both employed and subcontracted Gas Engineers as requested by the Compliance Team, submitting all paperwork via iAuditor to the Compliance Team. • Complete full boiler installations occasionally when required. • Where required you will attend customers’ homes to meet with Gas Safe Register Inspectors and make good any remedial works found on the day. • You may be requested to carry out desktop auditing from time to time by the Compliance Team. • Represent Zuno at all times in a professional manner. • Any other duties which may be required from time to time by the Management Team and Board of Directors, in the course of your employment with Zuno.
