• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in internal databases and systems • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Identify and correct errors or discrepancies • Organize and manage digital files and records • Follow established data handling, security, and confidentiality procedures • Assist with basic reporting and administrative tasks as required

• Entering customer and account data from source documents • Data Entry and Data Managing on the system (Excel) • Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners • Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software • Collate, organize, and capture data into digital databases • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data • Computer Fundamentals, MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel,) • Info / Data collection from different websites or sources and entry in the given template • Assist to Sales/Marketing team for various supports • Any other task assigned by the management

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process • Investigate discrepancies as they arise • Complete additional projects as assigned

• Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents. • Assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns • Verifying data and information using a verification process • Addressing customers questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills • Documenting both customer concerns and solutions • Meeting or exceeding all managed metrics • Keeping your community safe and making a difference
