We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Itinerary & Booking Coordinator to support clients by coordinating travel arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring all trip details are accurate and well organized. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, working with details, and helping create smooth travel experiences from start to finish. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, assist with researching destinations and travel options, and help coordinate reservations such as accommodations, transportation, cruises, and vacation packages. You will also review itineraries to ensure all information is accurate, provide updates to clients, and maintain organized records using internal systems and digital tools. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple travel plans at once. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure each itinerary is carefully coordinated and every booking is confirmed properly.
