As a Travel Specialist, you are responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. smart phone, email, etc.). You are the primary point of contact for the client and will be responsible for handling all booking needs for travelers, both business and leisure, while providing exceptional customer service to exceed clients' expectations. In addition, you have access to sell package options, tours, event ticket and more. No experience required as all training and certifications are provided.
