We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registration Specialist to join our team. In this crucial role, you will ensure patient data from healthcare provider lab order requisitions is entered accurately and efficiently before patient specimens reach the core laboratory for testing. Location & Compensation: - Internal Applicants: Remote eligible; compensation based on experience (DOE) - External Applicants: Onsite in Pendleton; starting wage $18.50 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 10pm - 6:30am Benefits: - Medical, Dental, Vision with In-Network & Custom Network discounts - 401(K) with discretionary employer match - Paid Time Off - Free clinical diagnostic laboratory testing performed in house - Night differential pay (10%) for night shift hours - Performance-based compensation based on work volume and accuracy What You'll Do: - Accurately utilize the online Patient Registration system to enter patient data into the Laboratory Information System (LIS). - Actively participate in Quality Assurance monitoring activities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the registration process. - Accurately translate physician orders and diagnoses from requisition forms into the LIS. - Follow established work checklists and procedures to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. - Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA policies and procedures to maintain patient confidentiality. - Understand and follow Medicare guidelines, including regulations related to Advance Beneficiary Notices (ABN). - Maintain consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of operations and support for our team and patients. Education & Certification: - High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: - Previous specimen processing experience (preferred, but not required) - Strong preference for candidates with a consistent employment history and minimal career gaps Skills & Competencies: - Ability to learn and effectively use Interpath Laboratory's internal registration system (training will be provided) - Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail - Comfortable using computers and laboratory applications - Ability to adhere to established procedures and guidelines to maintain a high standard of work Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer. - Occasional standing, walking, or bending to retrieve files or office supplies. - Utilizes keyboard throughout entire shift, performing data entry. - Ability to see medical documentation on a computer screen in order to accurately enter data. - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for occasional office tasks (e.g., handling paperwork or equipment). • Preparing equipment lease/loan financing documentation packages • Auditing and closing of all assigned tasks for financed transactions • Provide originations transactional support to the deal team • Ensures compliance and processing effectiveness for all deals • Owns communication and information exchange between Risk, Sales, Customers, and Vendors • Serves as a customer advocate/point person

• Be the change agent for process, and systems • Support the implementation of a modern captive finance system • Drive governance, cross-functional alignment, vendor delivery, and organizational adoption • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business needs • Implement a scalable system which supports business growth, drives automation and simplification, reduces complexity and customization • Build and manage the integrated plan (workstreams, milestones, deliverables), track progress via KPIs, and provide weekly status reporting to executives and steering committees • Lead current-state assessment and future-state design across the captive finance value chain • Define target operating model, roles/RACI, controls and compliance requirements, and handoffs between teams and systems; align interdependencies across functions • Develop and execute change management strategy: communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and role-based enablement to drive adoption • Streamline workflows for loan origination, underwriting, documentation, funding, and servicing • Prepare and present reports to executive leadership on strategic initiatives • Implement digital tools, AI/ML technology to improve turnaround times and reduce operational risk • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles • Review invoices for accuracy against vendor contracts • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis • Oversee daily cash management functions • Prepare wires and ACH transactions • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring finance tasks • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Assist in preparing budget-to-actual variance analysis and provide commentary to department leaders • Maintain and update financial models to support long-term forecasting • Serve as a point of contact for external auditors • Prepare audit workpapers and ensure documentation is organized and compliant • Maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risk and ensure data integrity • Contribute to the review of annual tax documentation including 1099s and 1042s for the client base • Assist in implementing and managing a sales tax function • Partner with leadership to provide data-driven insights for special projects • Assist in the development of a stronger analytics function within the finance team • Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements within the finance department
